Stainless steel blades for julienne cutting of foodstuffs. Comb made of razor-sharp blades obtained from steel strip by cutting and technical plastic shims.
Sizes on request. Individual components can also be supplied.
To be used in combination with food slicing blades, manual or automated vegetable cutting machines.
