Grid made of stainless steel sharpened blades with plastic outer frame, assembled with an over-moulding process.
All materials are food contact safe.
USAGE/USE:
Mainly used on vegetable cutting machines in combination with slicing blades. Suitable for dicing, with variable dicing sizes, of fruit, vegetables, cheese etc.
