Disc for professional vegetable cutter composed of: main part in stainless steel, a welded steel blade and a mounting bolt assembled with an over-moulding process.
All components are produced and assembled in Bemar.
USAGE/USE
Used for slicing vegetables, cheese or other food products obtaining slices of the thickness required.
