Blade made of hardened stainless steel, obtained by cutting from sharpened steel strip, for julienne cutting of foodstuffs.

Sizes on request. Individual components can also be supplied.

To be used in combination with food slicing blades, manual or automated vegetable cutting machines.

USAGE/USE

Julienne-cut of fruit, vegetables, root vegetables, cheese.
